Booking Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITION

• Ensure registration to attend Ashara Mubaraka is approved before proceeding with a booking.
• All accommodation bookings are on basis of full payment in advance through credit/debit card only.
• All rates mentioned are in USD.
• Tourism Dirham Fees are to be paid directly by guests upon check-in in local currency per room per night (10 AED for 3* /15 AED for 4* and 20 AED for 5*).
• Cancellation fee will apply for all bookings made. Please refer to the terms and conditions for each hotel.
• In case of group bookings (10 rooms or more in a hotel) contact: housing@desertadventures.ae
• Any booking pre/post the dates (15th to 30th July) of the Ashara Mubaraka is not offered online; you may contact: housing@desertadventures.ae

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Any room cancelled before 2nd July: FOC.

• Any room cancelled from 2nd July onward: 100% of total stay charges

• Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.If canceled within 24 hours of check-in, the first night’s stay will be charged, but the remaining nights will be refunded.
